It's offical both Mom and Dad saw it with our own eyes. It started Saturday when I went to get him up from his nap. I put him to sleep on his belly and when I went to get him up he was on his back. Sunday morning I put Ketron on our bed thinking that the cushion would make it easier for him to roll over. Sure enough he went from stomach to back. I clapped and told him good job. He looked at me like what the hell is the big deal, I do this all the time. Then that evening Dad had him in the floor and he did it for him. He's such a big boy.

Layed back with my mind on my money and my money on my mind. He's big pimpin. To bad no one is around but Mommy to impress. Next time Mommy will give him some gin n juice to sip on.
When I was at home on maternity leave I watched a lot of Bringing Home Baby. This one lady was telling about how someone told her to take a picture every month with an object so you can see how much they change. Since he was alreay a few months old I remembered that I had gotten pictures of him in his carseat. This is his 5 month one. You can look back at one of the very first posts to see him in his carseat the day we brought him home from the hospital. It is pretty scary for his Mom and Dad how much he has changed in such a short amount of time.

First attempt at cereal. I made it according to the directions and I'm pretty sure it was way to runny. I would put it in his mouth and it would fall out. He was interested though because he would open his mouth and try to eat it. The next day at Betsy's he ate all of his cereal. She made it thicker and made sure he was good and hungry. She said he gobbled it all up. He didn't even get any on his bib. Then he ate a full bottle. By six months he will probably have another chin to go along with the two he already has.

Grandpa is a good sleeping buddy. Dad was cat napping himself while Mom was helping me get caught up on chores around the house. They come over on Wednesdays to break up the week while Jon is gone. It is always a welcome relief to have a little help and usually a hot dinner during the week.
Yet another special treat for Mommy. Anymore there is always an article of Ketrons clothing soaking in the sink. I know it is going to bad when he grunts and pushes like a caveman.
Trying to catch him in the act of rolling over. Betsy his baby sitter says that she hasn't actually seen him do it but knows that he can. She says that a few times she has put him down for a nap on his belly and when he is fussing to get up he is on his back. No actual sighting yet but soon I'm sure.
